---Someone asked to have the furnished version and I couldn't say no
So now there's a file added with the furnished sweet home.
Also outdoor pics were deleted to make room for an indoor (furnished).
No more CC added in the furnished version.Lot prices(both versions) below.

Hey everyone.
Here's a nice house for your sim families.It's one of my favorites.It's not fully furnished because the price would be higher.
I'm sure you all know how to buy things and place them into a house!
I trust your skills in decoration.




Info:
-1 floor
-2 bathrooms (furnished in both versions)
-kitchen (furnished in both versions), living room, dinning room all in one nice room
-3 bedrooms
-garden with a small lake
-space for driveway and car if you want
-no costum content ( see the NOTE )

NOTE: The sims2pack includes the water terrain from tkdjunkie although I didn't used it on the lot...apparently.
I didn't removed it in case my action would crash your game.(I've read that somewhere...)
It works fine the way it is.If you want to remove them do it at your own risk.
