Fledgling Flats is a new street of 1-story modern starter homes. Each home was designed by a first-year student entering the Landgraab Academy of Design and the teachers assure us that these houses are very livable. The substantial savings on architecture fees have been passed on directly to you.

This Art Moderne home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot with all skill-builders and a few extras: computer, tv, and stereo. The low price of $19,413 leaves you some money until you can find a job. Fully furnished for two. The spare bedroom suite is unfurnished, to allow for various uses. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time to choose your color scheme before you move-in.

This little jewel is cosier than the average house in the series, but that's because it holds a surprise: a small covered swimming pool. The master bathroom has space for a sink and shower-tub upgrade. The spare bedroom is large enough for a nursery, twin beds, or a hobby room. Space has been set aside for a future 1-car driveway. This house is compact, but we haven't skimped on essentials.

Unfortunately, for this amount of money we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.
