Hello Simmers, I've returned to the sims community to give you my latest house, Sears Modern Home No. 191. At the beginning of the 20th century, the company Sears sold kit homes to Americans for low prices. These houses are all over the country. In cities and in rural areas. This was listed as a California Bungalow and sold for $892 which in today's money is just about 20000, pretty cheap for a house. Here's and exterior shot:
