I come here, once again, to present you a house I built with my bare mouse and keyboard.

The house has a total of:

- 2 Floors;
- 2 Bedrooms;
- 2 Bathrooms;
- Large Kitchen
- Large Living Area;
- & a Big Area for a nice garden/garage.

All of this for a total of 24, 267 §. A bit out of range for a fresh out of college, or Bin, Sim.
Great for a family of 3, or 4 if you can fit them.
