GENTLEMEN! BEHOLD... THE THIRD IN MY SERIES OF APARTMENTS!



This building is set up with a more traditional sense of apartment-living with stacked units. Each unit has a one-car garage (attached) and you WILL NOT have to use the cheat "move_objects on" to place a vehicle in each garage. When you sim(s) leave in their car it will simply disappear and when they return it will reappear without issue.

All of the units are identical.

Each unit has an open kitchen, two bedrooms, one full bath, one-car attached garage, and patio or balcony. There are two elevators in each lobby that will take your sim to the top apartment and one that will take your sim to the roof-top. The roof-top area comes complete with lounge chairs and hot tub for your simming pleasure. (I couldn't figure a way to place stairs connecting all the units in a way that looked good, so please feel free to have-at, so to speak).

I have play-tested this creation and didn't have any issues. If you run into problems please let me know so I may fix the issue(s).
