This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, large kitchen with an area for barstools, dining area with custom tile design (by maxis), and living room that comes complete with a woodburning fireplace for those cool country nights. For those unbarable and muggy summer days, your sim can enjoy a dip in the pool in the backyard. There are no worries for your parent-sims because the pool area is fully-fenced and equipped with a lockable gate. Attached to the back porch is a step-down garden house for your vegi-loving sims! Also included with this property is a large, oversized barn ready for your hard-working car/truck-enthusiast sim! The barn comes with a workshop, "relaxation-station" and bathroom for when your sim just doesn't want to walk all the way back to the house.

The barn doesn't have a garage door and is open to the elements and visitors.

I have play-tested this home for 2 sim days with a family of four. If you have any problems please let me know so that I may fix them.
