This is the second in my series of apartments for one of my created neighborhoods and is planned for the lower-middle class to upper-middle class members of my sim-ciety.
You will find 3, one bedroom apartments, NONE of which are furnished other than the kitchen and bathrooms. They offer a cozy atmosphere with original wood-work and gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout. Each unit is bi-level with a loft-style bedroom being on the upper floor. The middle unit also includes a small front-balcony.
