The features of this home include 2 full baths (one down and one up), two bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, back deck (roofed) and nice sized back yard. The trash can has been moved to the side of the house and the mailbox is still in the front yard area. I had to keep the fixtures pretty simple so as to keep it under the 20K mark, so this is a starter home in every sense. Enjoy!
