Ok well i have begun recolouring now as i want to expand my downloads to as many areas of the sims community as i can, so after much experimental work i finally got the finished piece i was looking for, this set includes the 2 seater sofa, the armchair as well as an additional armchair and the rug!

All of these are recolours of original maxis content believe it or not, they started life as the most hidious items in the catalog and both the sofa and the arm chairs are recolours of the cheapest in the catalog so class doesn't come at too much of a cost They items that were recoloured come from the original base game and are the 'Contempo Good Livin' Chair', the 'Stanistics Loveseat'. The rug requires Seasons however and is called 'A Little Patch of Country from Ruggers Unlimited'

I got inspiration when i was looking through the list of items in SimPE and saw the sofa, it looks really ugly but some how had a modern hint to it (buying a new sofa at the moment so i had a good eye for it). So i tested it out with some colours and found it to looks really new and fresh and decided as my first real recolour i would upload it to mts2, any feedback you have is much appreciated!
