Right i wanted to make something really modern and cutting edge, so i decided to make this house "Glasse Moderne"!
In game it looks really nice and the design is quite simple yet striking, i hope you all enjoy this home

Glasse Moderne is a modern house with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, study and a pool area as well as parking for 2 cars! It has a modern cutting edge design and great visuals in game.
Just to let you know, i have put the lot as 3x4 because it is 30x40 in game! Also the 2 prices are furnished and unfurnished prices!
