This took me sooooo long to upload!
This is a really nice fully furnished ''house in the country'' for your sims.




It's quite expensive but it will worth the money!
It's in a small lot so you will not have problem loading it and hopefully you will not experience freezing issues.

So info about the house:
-2 floors
-2 bedrooms
-2 bathrooms
-1 study room/office
-1 kitchen
-2 balconies
-dinning room,sitting room and living room all in one big room!
-not many costum content just because i like my stuff as 'clean' as possible!





IMPORTAND NOTE!!! COSTUM CONTEND NEEDED BUT NOT INCLUDED: You will need the mesh of the round fences from MaryLou&Numenor which you will find HERE
It's the first file that says "Meshes".
Go get it unless you want blue flashing parts on your lot!Don't say I didn't warn you...
