This is a remake of one of the two mansions in Pleasantview. I know that this is very different from the original lot. I just wanted to make a more modern looking mansion and thought I might as well just replace that older looking house that I wasn't really a fan of anyways.

I had fun making it, but I sort of detailed it a bit too much. Some people may experience some lag while playing on this lot due to how many things are on it. I personally didn't get a whole lot, but it was enough to notice especially with sims on it. One day, I may go back in a make another version with less objects.

There is no custom content on this lot. If you happen to have Honeywell's Bespoke Set, then you'll see the mailbox shelf. Besides that, there is no other cc.

This lot was cleaned and compressed.
