I have been wanting to create Victorian Row houses that sat next to each other for quite some time and Apartment Life made this practical. Two of the row houses (the ones on either end) have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. They are spacious enough for a moderate size family or roommates. The middle row house has two, 1 bedroom-1bath apartments that would be perfect for an older couple or a single Sim. Each apt. has the kitchen and bath furnished much like it would be in real life, but no other rooms are furnished. There is a swimming pool and a small play area for kids. The rent runs from $1,888-$4,192 a week depending on the apt. you choose. I created each of the row houses with a mansard roof because that is my favorite type of roof and the new decorative roof items were very easy to use. This lot only requires the Base Game and Apt. Life. As always, I hope you and your Sims enjoy!
