When I built this home I had a few goals in mind. I wanted to build a starter on a small lot with very few expansions and not use any custom content, mission accomplished. This home has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom is not furnished), 1 bath, kitchen, dining area, living area and landscaping all on a 2x2 lot for just under 20k. This home is on one level for easy game play, but if the need arises you could add on a second floor.
