Originally I created this house about a year ago when Bon Voyage came out, but for some reason the house would not place properly in the neighborhood. I think this was due to a problem with lots that were built with a beach front to the water. I loved this house and was quite frustrated when I had to take it down shortly after uploading it so I decided to rebuild the lot. It took me long enough to get around to this, but almost a year later and I have it finished. This version of the home requires less EPs than the original thanks to Numenor's AGS. There are three bedrooms, four baths, formal dining, formal living room, pool, recolors made especially for this house and landscaping all on a 3x4 lot for around $200,000. This is a medium size home, but due to all the landscaping etc., it may not run well on slower computers.

As you see the general style has not changed much, but the landscaping is quite different.
