The picture shows the regular mailbox, but I changed the lot type after I took the pictures.
Description: Your urban sims will love these exquisite row homes modeled after those in older cities. Each has its own feel and style fit to satisfy all of your different sims and their unique personalities. Some of the styles include urban lofts, country, art nouveau, bohemian, tech, and socialite. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms differ in all the apartments, but most have at least 2 bedrooms and they all have at least 1 full bath and 1 half bath.
Two of the apartments have secret rooms. Six have backyards and the two that don’t have their own back yards have large roof terraces that make up for it! The others have smaller terraces.


There are 2 versions of this lot. The Original version and Version 2. They are both basically the same lot except Version 2 has no trees or shrubs and less furniture in the apartments so it is easier to play on slower computers or for those who have a whole lot of CC :-D
I played each lot for one sim day with and without CC. My findings were that both versions seem to run OK with the amount of CC I have except for the original which lagged a lot and sometimes froze my computer when I didn’t have any sims living in them, and I went in to just decorate or take pictures.
To get around this, I had to lower some of the game settings.
When you move sims into an apartment and the empty units hide their furniture, It runs ok.

So to sum it up, I would download the one that you feel your computer will be able to handle.
This lot is made to be placed on a corner so both row of homes face a street!
