These are new wonderful apartments for your sims.
A house for four rented apartments worth from $ 4.222 to $ 4.969



To rent an apartment with furniture: enter the developer code (BoolProp testingCheatsEnabled) with a value of true, with the shift key pressed, click on the apartment door that you want to rent. A menu will appear in which you need to choose - to rent an apartment with furniture.

Fully furnished.
Each apartment has its own garage and a small backyard, where you can make a small garden, a family holiday area or a creative corner of the artist.



Each apartment has two bathrooms - one with a shower, the second with a bath. Two bedrooms - one for children, the second for adults. One living room. There is free space for the office or pet corner, or a place of rest.
In two apartments there is a place for feeding a pet.





In the first apartment there is a room for the baby on the second floor, on the first floor there is an empty room, it can be used if desired by the study or the music room, or as fantasy tells.
