This is a requested neighborhood by nowhistling1 on MTS2.

Description:
This is quite a large neighborhood which is nestled between a valley which leads down to a sandy coastline which is perfect for beach lots!
Sorry for the horrible quality of the Dirt and Concrete pictures, don't worry, if you choose dirt or concrete in your game it won't look like that
