A big thanks to daz_far for the two original Gridlock neighbourhoods which can be found here -

Gridlocked!!-a neighborhood thats completely flat and repetitive

------INFORMATION------

This is new version of Gridlocked originally by daz_far. In my new version it has varying sizes of blocks, a raised central highway sorta thing, road all the way to the edge of the map.
