A luxury dorm based on the 'love hina' manga comics.


This is my version of the Hinata House Dormatory Complex.
It has 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are huge by uni standards. A hotspring, a zen garden, a gym with a pool, a lounge/study area, a large kitchen/dining room, a tea pagoda, a fishable pond, a shrine and plenty of bathrooms

i've based it more on the manga comics than the anime series, which is why the roof is green and not pink. (i could only find pics of the anime with the pink roof.) :/


i havent used any custom content. i've playtested it and then cleaned it up for upload.
