This lot is totally CC-FREE! It's also completely furnished. It's a dorm for universities that can house 14 sims.

TECHNICALLY this lot has a potential for 28 dorms total, because there's an additional floor with rooms on it. But as the uploaded version stands that floor is purely decorative as it contains no furnishings & has no Myne Doors that would make them into actual dorms. I did this because I wanted the visual appeal of 3 floors, but 14 sims living on one lot that has multiple random NPCs visiting it on a regular basis (cheerleaders, mascots, streakers, cooks, professors, coaches, etc.) seemed like a heavy enough load for a single lot, so I opted for the smaller number of dorms. If you really do want 28 sims to live in this dorm, that additional floor is ready to be turned into functional dorms, but I left that up to your own discretion.

As for this dorm's amenities, it comes equipped with the following for our students' convenience:
- Study lounge with computers for term papers, desks for homework, bookshelves for research, and a phone for those late night calls to your parents when you're feeling homesick.
- Complete kitchen that has both an in-dorm cook as well as a mini-fridge & microwave combo for last minute bites of ramen.
- A gym with all the equipment students need to build up those Body points!
- Public bathrooms on the first floor, and "en suite" full bathrooms shared between students on the dorm room floors. (Note: They're not actually connected to the dorm rooms as an en suite bathroom would be, but design-wise that's the concept they're based on)
- All dorm rooms come equipped with a bed, dresser, and the slightly larger rooms have their own desks for schoolwork.

This lot was playtested using a copy, no sims have ever lived on the uploaded version of the lot.
