This is a lot that I've built a while back and intended to upload somewhere sometime in the future.
The time has come!



This lot contains 10 two-story dorm rooms that your sims can fancy up and upgrade as they go through college and earn money!
Every room has a sofa, bookcase, desk with computer, bed, mirror and dresser! They also all come with their own bathrooms!

The common building has: kitchen, dining tables, bathrooms, gym, TVs, arcade and a library where they can build skill. Atop of the building is a large telescope.

Tips for mods (may delete this later):
The sims in my screenshots are from my gameplay. The packaged lot has not been used. I installed the package and checked!
All chairs are distanced from the tables/desks and all the objects have their store value.
