Starbases as Neighborhood Objects

Here, I've converted 5 sets of build meshes I created previously into Neighborhood objects. They've been edited so there should be no placement issues across roads or lots. They're all base-game compatible, but if you want to be able to see them from inside lots (neighborhood view) you have to have NL installed.

I wanted to add Jupiter Station to the set but the model is a bit too complex. (it has something like 20,000 polys and I know that wouldn't fly).

The poly count is a bit high, but I've seen NH objects with as many as 10,500 polys and I don't anticipate any issues.
