Small family house with garden on a 1x2 lot, furnished for 3-4 sims, with a covered garden terrace and room for one driveway in front.

1 x double bedroom
2 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

All basics included plus an easel, a stove, a mirror, a small stereo and an outdoor chess set. Playtested in the Base Game.

Please note: the bathtub is facing the wrong way around in the furnished version, you need to turn it by 180° so that your sims can get in. There is an unfurnished version too (fixtures only, see screenhot), it costs 15.211§.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
