I belatedly realised that Nr. 162 would have been much more useful with a second bedroom, so I made a new version. The downstairs floorplan is a little different too, but it would be easy to remodel along the lines of 162 if you prefer that.

Mini starter on a 1x2 lot, with fenced-in garden and a tiny pond. Furnished for 2–3 sims (or two sims in preparation for a third one), enough space for one rotated driveway in front of the house.

1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom (nursery)
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Additional living space upstairs. All basics included plus a stove, an easel, a TV, a mirror and a fireplace.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1, available here on mts2) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want a bigger garden.
