Description:
One-story starter house, fully (but cheaply) furnished for a small family. Covered front porch, two driveways included, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet + sink, tub/shower combo, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. No trash can (they'll have to walk outside -- I wanted to move the outside trash can next to the doorstep, but I think I forgot). This house also has an outdoor chess set, dart board, easel, TV, and a toaster oven.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
