I call this a Mini Mansion because it's not really on a large lot and doesn't have 10 bedrooms or 4 dining rooms, etc. Instead it has 3 bedrooms (all with ensuites), a total of 4.5 bathrooms, 2 garages, a cinema, pool, library, billiard room, and the top floor is comprised only of the master bedroom with ensuite and 2 balconies.
