Large Traditional/Colonial/Southern Style 4 Bedroom Home

This large, luxurious home is a mix of traditional/colonial/southern styles. I tried to copy it as much as possible, but I didn't bother with fireplaces/chimneys because there weren't really any good spots for them and I didn't think the chimneys were that important anyway. I also didn't copy the yard in the original pic because I don't like using -huge- lots if I can help it. And let's face it, what sim really needs a huge front yard?

Anyway, on the ground floor we have a large foyer with great room and double staircases, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, 2 powder rooms, a guest bedroom with bathroom, study, and large master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs there is a reading area, access to a balcony overlooking the backyard, and two bedrooms - each with an ensuite bathroom.

Outside there is a porte cochere and parking space for up to 3 cars, an under cover eating area with an "outdoor kitchen," a storage room, a spare room for hobbies etc, a bathroom, and a large swimming pool.

I've included the white recolour for the pillars in the rar, please place the package in your downloads folder when you install the house.

Possible issues

Sims will walk right through the driveway gate, however the visitors that came while I was play-testing, were hanging around outside the regular gate near the main entrance to the house. You could put the gate on an invisible fence to remedy that (there is one here on MTS, by pfish).
