I liked the facade of a house my mum was admiring, so, I decided to copy it on The Sims 2. However I made a few changes and the floorplan is completely of my own design. I quite like how it's turned out. :D

This is a roomy home for your well-off simmies. On the ground floor it features a home theater, bathroom, games room, billiard room, 2 garages, a basketball hoop, and a swimming pool.

On the first floor we have a dining room, lounge room with bar, open plan kitchen with meals area, a study, a small bathroom and a nice deck for outdoor entertaining.

The second floor features a large master bedroom with parent's retreat, walk-in closet and ensuite, 2 more bedrooms and a family bathroom.

It also has some solar panels on the roof.
