The historic Simhardt Theatre is available for a new buyer. Actress Sondra Simhardt met her end here during rehearsals for "Smutnik - The Musical" when a satellite prop fell on her. The lot has been exorcised for resale, but an enterprising Sim should be able to make her spirit re-appear.
