Why send your Sims to school in an ordinary dorm when they can enjoy the benefits, rewards and soul-crushing bills of residency in a teaching hospital?

University Hospital features:

GROUND FLOOR - Emergency room, clinic, radiology, surgery, plastic surgery, cosmetic "dentistry", pharmacy, cafeteria

SECOND FLOOR - Private and semi-private patient rooms, ICU, lab, administration area with board room and library

THIRD FLOOR - Pediatrics, nursery, neonatal ICU, rooms and dayroom for 8 residents.

BASEMENT - Morgue, physical therapy with exercise equipment and pool.
