The name of The Rebirth Metro Theatre came from the actual definition of the word renaissance which, is a renewal of life, vigor, interest, etc.; rebirth; revival: a moral renaissance.

This lot was built in the city brownstone/brick style, and is suited for both a regular or corner lot. Also, building to the very edge of the lot area also insures that city look.

The exterior is donned with movie posters of shows that are now playing or coming soon, adding to the realism of the lot. Because the theme of the district is cultural revival and renovation, I was also sure to keep the landscaping very clean, structured, and featured. Around the border of the lot, you will also find parking spaces, because not everyone can just walk to this artistic splendor!

The actual interior of the theatre was decorated in a very formal style, once again bringing in the ritzy, yet renovated theme of the district. When you enter the building, you will notice the ticket machines that will be activated if your sim decides to purchase the theatre to serve as a business. The theatre features an award winning restaurant, Shakespeare's Fine Cuisine, where the food and service exceeds the *5 STAR* rating. Also off the lobby, the gift shop is located along with the elevators. The actual stage is located in the heart of the building, and is accessible from both the first and second floors. Comfortable seats, great views, and deluxe balcony seats are all features that are included here! Also on the second floor, you will find a game lounge, the final 2 of the 6 bathrooms, a crying room, and an orchestra balcony. Last, the employee's lounge and boardroom is also located right off of the game lounge.

The rooftop offers a helicopter pad for those celebrity sims, accessible by an elevator.
