Are your Sims down on their luck? Do they need someplace to stay out of the weather that won't cost too much? Well, the Bumstead Arms Apartments will welcome them.

For the low, low rent of 209 to 216 simoleons a week, your Sims will enjoy... well, a room. A room with a DOOR, though, and a sink too! The tenants of our eight apartments can also share sanitary facilities, a recreation room and dining room and have full use of the communal kitchen (for a nominal fee.)
