This is a great house, and I'm glad to be back here!

It is :

Bed: 3, with space for more in unfinished "Bonus Area"
Bath: 5
Garage: 3
Levels: 2
Approximate Square footage: just under 4,500 sqf
Price: Just a tad over 152,700

Builders note:

There is NO Furniture, except in the outdoor kitchen area. I wouldn't be able to furnish it with-out using some of the stuff from here!

Also, the lot is kinda huge, because in the neighborhood, it used to be farmlands.
