etsura - an organic habitat inspired by asian lifestyle

It's been a while since my last lot was uploaded here but I still like building very much and I'm very glad with this special house:

With the help of many nice advisors in the Creator Feedback Forum I designed this contemporary living space. The lavish glass walls create a link between the inside of the house and the people living in it and the garden space outside. Many green plants, bushes and exotic palms grow around the housse as well as in the two roof garden levels.
The interior is modern but without getting cold and overstyled. Enjoy living in rooms equipped with beautiful furniture made of natural raw materials and designed to fit the simple but stylish appearance of the house. etsura features luxurious amenities such as a big spa bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with another bedroom. Working in a kitchen like the one found here is mostly a pleasure. The office with view to the garden should stimulate everyones creativity! (The desk is not included; download it FROM THIS POST )

IMPORTANT:
The lot contains Numenor's WallWindow. You need the whole Basic Set to make them work. If you don't have it yet please download the 'WallWindow_Seamless_BASIC_set' from THIS POST . If you already have the WallWindows in your game and they work you don't need to do this.

I know that this lot uses quite many downloads. For those of you who prefer to furnish it with Maxis content or other CC I also included an unfurnished version. It is packaged with only a small number of downloads.
