This small, convenient house will be a hit with knowledge aspiration sims as it is off to itself with plenty of quiet for studying as well as room for skill building items such as a telescope or easel. I love that beachy lot closest to the ocean in the Driftwood template, but you could "plant" grass and just have a simple modern house in any neighborhood.
