Hello everyone!

I've been getting several requests to eidt neighborhoods and haven't uploaded anything... "original", if I may say, so here's something completely new.

This neighborhood, called Beachhead Valley, has a simple road plan, along with a few areas on the sides.


Here's an overview:


This is where the land meets the sea/ocean:


There's also an area to the side where you can place lots at a higher elevation:


Its quite simple and is mostly flat, this way it can take up a large number of lots. I've left some flat areas with no roads on the other side as well for if you want to add any neighborhood deco, like the crop fields.

|P.S. And as usual, I recommend everyone to use Tom Duhamel's Camera Mod which allows you to navigate your neighborhood freely with no camera restrictions!
