Hello people! This is the first thing I've ever uploaded. It works great in my game and I have had lots of fun with My Barrier Valley Simmies. Please note that you may want to download a neighborhood camera mod that allows you to see the whole neighborhood. With it, all of the space can be utilized. I use the one made by snappledude21 on this site. You can find it here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=30492 It works great, but I believe there is another one too, I've never tried that one though. Make sure your remember to backup your old camera.

This neighborhood has so many streets for those who love to overload their hood with loads of sim families like me and have different areas of town. Sorry, but when I made this neighborhood, I didn't have Bon Voyage expansion... so the beach lots might not fit from the streets.
