I have a starter house that I love, which I named 'Feels Big' after the way it plays. I've always meant to make a larger, posher version of it for upscale sims. And now I finally have. I built it in a game that has all the packs installed, so you will need at least all the expansion packs (less university) plus Mansions and Gardens as those packs change the lot structure. Not sure which expansions I used objects from. The lot has been play tested for several game days with a clone--and I like it even better than Feels Big.
