Engelvilla - big villa for your wealthy sims

Hallo :-)

I've been playing the sims for quite a while now (= from the beginning) and I always liked to build big houses and as I found a lack of really big houses here on MTS2 I decided to share some of my work with you.

So here we have my ultimate dream house: Engelvilla



It has 3 main floors and a lot of space under the roof. First floor is for living (and fully furnished!), second for sleeping and the third floor is entirely for your little sim children with lots of space for their many toys.
In the cellar you'll find a little wellness center and a swimming pool.
The garden is my favorite part of the house: there's a lake, apple trees, a pavillion... well look at the pictures below

It is play-tested and works fine on my computer.

Please notice: It is a really big house, so nothing for weak computers!!!

The last thing I want to say: Sorry, my english isn't the best. I know, I'm german. :-D
