This is my first upload to MTS2, so I hope you like it :D

Furnished: partially furnished with basics alone, simple decoration throughout - open for Customisation. No custom items included, just Maxis.
Played/tested: Yes - 3 days of play (all items replaced since play)

The Lodge is for want of a better term a small mansion. The total number of rooms in the main complex is 21 including en-suite bathrooms. The list is as follows:

1 Master Bedroom with en-suite bath and shower room - 2nd Floor
2 Guest rooms with en-suite shower rooms - 2nd Floor
2 Guest rooms with en-suite shower rooms - 1st Floor
2 Guest rooms with en-suite bath and shower rooms - 1st Floor
(All en suites also include toilet and basin)
Games Room - 2nd Floor
Fitness Room/Gym - 2nd Floor
Creative Room/Artist studio - 2nd Floor
Kitchen - Ground Floor
Dining Room - Ground Floor
Study - Ground Floor
Lounge - Ground Floor

The complex next door holds a swimming pool with diving board. There is also a garage available, but no car has been included.

The garden is basic and has plenty of room for improvement and expansion.
