this lot was requested by butterfly12. It was a new challenge i had, bacause normally i dont like these modern houses, they dont have so much charm (but that is just my opinion). So i thought i'll give it a try and that you would like it.

It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and pleeeeeenty of space...
(and there is also space for a garage and a carlot )
