SimCity’s master architect D. Omicile build this house for himself in an earlier decade. Although the place has later been caringly refurbished, it is still a home for entertaining guests and showing off your impeccable style and art collection.





The gardens are designed for easy upkeep (not that anyone but the gardener really cares) and provides a serene spot for relaxation. There is room for one car in the covered entrance area and the garden is fully landscaped.



The house is fully equipped and features:
- Kitchen with dining space
- Dining room with bar
- Living room with interior balcony
- Study
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 bedrooms, one with exit to the garden
- Workout room




Note
(A similar) lot has been playtested and it’s fully playable. Note that some items have been placed with the help of OSMPs. They may appear to obstruct other items but this is not the case, and they are themselves useable. If you run into problems with the OSMPs, consider getting this controller by julsfels here at MTS2. It toggles invisibility on and off.

Compatibility:
No Celebration or H&M items were used, so the lot will work fine even without those packs if you install with CleanInstaller.
