This modern beach house is a contemporary version of traditional Danish beach houses. (The traditional element is the black siding and the white details.) It has been created to hold a large family and their friends, either as a luxurious vacation home or a permanent home on the coast.



To take advantage of the sun at different times of the day, the house has several balconies facing in different directions as well as a covered walkway with plenty of room for activities.



Other outside facilities include pool, hottub and a play area.



The main house contains:
- entryway with space for activities
- kitchen with dining space
- 4 bathrooms, one accessible from the pool area
- 3 bedrooms
- gaming room/study
- living room

There is even a small guest apartment with own bathroom, kitchen, and sleeping area.



Note:
The lot doesn't contain any Celebration, H&M, Ikea, or KB items, so if you install with CleanInstaller you can still use the lot without those SPs.
