This 1790's Chalet is perfect for a family of three to four sims that love to have trees all around them The first floor contains the old stables. Thus providing room for one to expand if they wished to. In the old tool room there is a desk, old feed pots, a bookcase and wines that are perfectly aged Some may find the second floor cramped. Others may find it charming. The kitchen contains local marble and stone plus brand new stainless steel gourmet appliances. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom with the shower in a seprate room so one can shower and not have to worry about someone walking in to use the toliet on them. To the left off the kitchen is the dining room with a old radio set that still works in tip-top shape.
