The Isle


This file was modeled after the general shape of the UK/British Isles. My goal was not an exact replica of the terrain, just something vaguely reminiscent of it that I could use as the primary ‘Hood for my Harry Potter themed ‘Hood.

In my game, I disliked placing lots like “The Burrow”, “Shell Cottage” and “Malfoy Manor” in ‘Hoods based on specialized terrain like Hogsmeade or Godric’s Hollow. Generic terrains didn’t work just didn’t make me happy – so…

Over the years, I have tweaked the file to meet my game needs (specific to my lots) and this file is the final result. There is beach - special lot usable terrain.

Available for download are the basic SC4 file and required images (TheIsle.rar) and a the files necessary to use my decorated but lot-less version of the hood (N479.rar).
