1092 Tulip Drive - Inspired from Mom's House

Hello all! This is my second ever upload and my first lot upload. This house's layout was inspired from my Mother's home, though I doubt she would recognize it. It's just my interpretation from forty-five minutes away. I'm sure she'd much rather live in this house, actually. =) Anyway, I'll quit rambling and get on to the important stuff.

This house has nine rooms in total. You can see the attached image, titled Mom's House Layout Preview Labelled, to see what each rooms' intention was. It takes an in-game hour or less for your sim to walk from the front door through the entire house. Your sim will enter the house through the front onto what was intended to be a porch, but could be a foyer or entryway or whatever fancy name you want to give it. You'll then find yourself in a kitchen, with plenty of room. On the right is the dining room, which is attached to what was intended to be a laundry room; you could, instead, use it as a study if you so desired. Continuing right from the dining room is the first bedroom. You'll then find the bathroom on your left, which is attached to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are the same size. If you continued through the second bedroom, you'd find yourself in the living room. There's a back door located in the living room. If you continue on, you'll find a room that is an attachment to the living room. At my Mom's house, that was the room all of us kids had our toys in and the computer. However, we always said it could be used as a third bedroom. =) There you have it.

The short version is: 2 to 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bath.


I have uploaded three version of the home; Unfurnished, Sparsely Furnished, and Mostly Furnished. Sparsely furnished has what I consider to be the bare minimum of furnishing. Mostly furnished has, more or less, all the furnishing you need. However, there's room for expansion and additions in both. I will say, my decorating isn't the best.

As a final note, I have the Celebration stuff pack, but I don't believe anything from the pack was used. I advise using Clean Installer to download and install the lot.
