First off, please not that Base Game Starter [BGS] was used to create this lot. Therefore, I'm happy to state that this home is Base Game Compatible! Also, there's no custom content! So, no clogging your downloads folder. Yay you!

I've uploaded four versions of this home:
Unfurnished - $49,683
Bare; just your walls and floors. However, curtains are included, as well.
Fixtures Only - $66,412
Equipped with counters, plumbing, and some lighting. Jaccuzzi included in this version, as well as, all the following.
Starter Furnishings - $69,806
I stink at starters. =/ I always feel like I include too much. Anyway, furnished with your basic necessities.
Fully Furnished - $104,973
Furnished for comfort and learning. Your Sims should have no problem getting cozy in this version.

This home includes three bedrooms; a study; a kitchen/dining area; living area; sunroom/porch; deck; balcony; and two bathrooms.

On a final note, the house will be titled just "x" in your lots bin. Sorry, but I wasn't aware you couldn't change the lot name in base game. =/ All pictures are of the unfurnished version.
