This is the beautiful Steinway Manor that includes 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, large kitchen and formal dinning room, sunroom and living room. It has a nice backyard with a big pool a deck. I used AGS and I used Nightlife, University (so I could make more than 4 levels) and Mansion and Garden. I'm sorry if this lot crashes because you don't have some of the EPs but they are mandatory. The lot is priced at §52, 698 and is unfurnished. It took me quite a while to make this because I had to keep starting over so I hope you all like this The lovely CC used on the house is by macarossi.
