Now I've noticed with TS3, the homes get a bit too pricey because we tend to have too much fun with the landscaping, decorating, etc... xP So either use the freeRealEstate cheat or motherlode to get the house in an easier way :P

This beautiful home comes with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large family room, living room, large eat-in kitchen, study/library room and an exclusive sunroof patio above the garage that connects to the second story master bedroom. I've tested the patio and it works great

The house unfurnished is §66,086 and when furnished it is §115,625.
